Serve the Community

Recruiting volunteers to work with community organizations and campaigns. This project tentatively includes fall and spring community fairs, a publicity campaign, and monitoring of the volunteer process

We are starting a writers' group to support Asian writers. If you write and want to discuss writings, ideas, feelings and provide and get support, contact us.

The Sticky Rice Project
Uniting Asian Americans Through Anti-Racist Education

Anti-Racist Education Workshops with an Asian Pacific American perspective that provide interactive methods to understand internalized racism, white privilege, assimilation and "passing" and how our communities are impacted as a result of the limitations of a black-white model of racism.

This project is being reorganized at this time.

Activist Training

This activist training is designed to meet critical need for new, skilled and trained leadership. It is also designed to institutionalize a collaborative effort with invested immigrant community and social justice groups to develop new leaders. We are in the evaluation and then planning phase for the 2009 training,
